WILL IT FIT?- I think this customer puts it best: "I would have been totally comfortable not wearing leggings underneath this! The color was awesome - it was nice and soft and fluffy, with lots of layers of tulle. It sat nicely on my waist and was true to size based on the description. The item came well packaged - I have read that tutu's have a terrible smell when they arrive, but this one had no smell and no creases. It was literally ready to wear."
